Aroma

Warm, toasty, and gently nutty — with a soft creaminess beneath. The natural signature of cold-pressed coconut meeting aged olive oil: rich, rounded, and quietly complex. Not added, not designed. What you smell is what nourishes you.

Lauric Acid

The dominant fatty acid in coconut oil. Known for its ability to improve skin permeability and enhance the absorption of other nutrients applied alongside it, and for its supportive role in maintaining the skin's natural defence barrier.

Caprylic Acid

A shorter-chain fatty acid, faster-acting. Absorbs rapidly, sits lightly on skin, and contributes to the formula's melting quality on contact.

Oleic Acid (Omega-9)

The primary fatty acid in olive oil. Deeply emollient and well-documented for its role in increasing skin permeability — helping the formula's other nutrients penetrate more effectively. Helps skin feel soft and supports lasting moisture balance.

Squalene

One of the skin's own structural lipids, present in high concentrations in sebum, and one of the first to decline with age. Green, early-harvest olives are associated with a richer natural lipid content than oil pressed later in the season. Known for helping skin appear conditioned and protected, without added weight.

Polyphenols

Retained only in unrefined, cold-pressed olive oil. A class of potent plant antioxidants known for their protective properties, helping neutralise free radicals associated with visible skin ageing.

Stearic Acid

One of shea butter's primary fatty acids. Replenishes and reinforces the skin's lipid barrier — helping lock in moisture and support protection against environmental stress. Gives the formula its rich, substantive texture.

Triterpenes

Among the most remarkable compounds in unrefined shea butter — including lupeol and butyrospermol. Studied for their notable properties and role in supporting skin barrier function. Found only in unrefined shea butter; refining removes them entirely.

Tocopherols (Vitamin E, shea-derived)

Shea butter's own tocopherols — complementing the separately added vitamin E and contributing an additional layer of antioxidant protection throughout the formula.

Vitamin E (mixed)

One of the skin's primary fat-soluble antioxidants — known to help shield cell membranes from oxidative damage, support the skin's natural UV defence, and help regulate the appearance of inflammation. Also associated with supporting microcirculation, contributing to skin's healthy colour and vitality.

Lactic Acid

A naturally occurring alpha-hydroxy acid, present at gentle levels. Research has observed its role in supporting collagen formation, refining skin texture, helping even skin tone, and supporting moisture retention.

Carotenoids

Fat-soluble pigments known for their role in helping protect cell structures from oxidative stress — associated with photoprotective effects and support for the skin's own antioxidant systems.

Phytosterols

Plant-derived compounds structurally similar to cholesterol. Studied for their role in supporting collagen synthesis, helping protect against UV-related skin damage, and reinforcing the lipid barrier.

Flavonoids

Known to function as both antioxidants and chelating agents — binding the metal ions that activate enzymes responsible for breaking down the skin's natural collagen. Research supports their role in helping preserve collagen integrity over time.

Omega-6 Fatty Acid (Linoleic Acid)

An essential fatty acid the skin cannot produce on its own. Supports the integrity of the skin's lipid barrier, helps reduce transepidermal water loss, and aids in maintaining skin that feels healthy and comfortable.

Warm a small amount between your palms and press gently into cleansed skin. Work from the centre of the face outward, with extra attention to drier areas. Gentle enough for use around the eyes.

How much to use

Because this formula contains no fillers, water, or additives, a little goes a long way. A pearl-sized amount is all you need — rich, concentrated nourishment with nothing wasted.

How long it lasts

In our experience, a 15 ml jar used morning and evening lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 months — genuinely long-lasting, because every drop is active ingredient, with nothing used to bulk it out. Exact duration will vary depending on your skin type and condition.

Best before

Fresh skincare works differently from preserved formulas. To enjoy the full potency of the cold-pressed ingredients, use within 6 months of manufacture. No preservatives means no compromises on efficacy — which is why we blend fresh in small batches.

Rather than behaving like a light water-based lotion, it is made from richly emollient plant oils and butters. The texture melts on contact with the warmth of the skin, allowing a small amount to spread easily. Start with less than you think you need. With a formula this rich, adding more is easy; removing excess is not. The right amount should leave skin feeling nourished, with a soft luminous finish.

This was the very first cream we developed — and it has been the cornerstone of my personal routine for over ten years.

Our goal was to create an exceptionally effective vitamin E cream: rich, versatile, and generous enough that you can adjust the amount to change the way your skin feels. Developing it taught us something we have never forgotten. When you replace every filler with concentrated, whole-ingredient nutrition — the kind that science has long studied for its role in nourishing skin and supporting its appearance of youth — a little goes a long way.

To protect our own sensitive skin, we made an uncompromising decision early on: nothing in our formulas that could irritate. No nut oils. Nothing unnecessary.
