Just like a nutritious gourmet meal, variation is key. This mask is a luxurious blend of the original Niki Newd® skin mask and nutritious, 100% dark cocoa powder. Cocoa is a rich source of polyphenolic compounds with a high amount of flavonoids, specifically flavanols, which have been shown to act as a strong antioxidants. Oat betaglucan is a substance that absorbs easily into the skin and has calming, moisturizing and anti-irritant effects. According to studies, betaglucan enhances the regeneration of the skin and strengthens it by increasing the cell division of collagen producing cells.

The secret of the original mask recipe lies in yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), which contains substances that protect the skin, such as amino acids, peptides, proteins and polysaccharides.

The mask water is pure spring water from Finnish Lapland and should be freshly mixed with the powder before use.
